Our Story
Techpetrol Commercial Services Ltd. was founded in 2019 by Alireza Hosseini, a commercial and project professional with over two decades of experience in international industrial markets.
The company was established to address a clear gap in the market: international industrial equipment manufacturers often struggle to establish effective commercial representation in Canada. They have excellent products and competitive pricing, but lack the local relationships, market knowledge, and commercial infrastructure to convert opportunities into contracts.
Techpetrol was built to bridge that gap. We act as a dedicated commercial partner — not just an agent — working alongside manufacturers to develop their Canadian market presence, build customer relationships, and manage the full commercial and project cycle from first contact through final delivery.
Today, Techpetrol serves manufacturers and project owners across a range of industrial sectors, with particular depth in petrochemical, oil and gas, industrial automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Alireza Hosseini
Managing Director & Founder
Alireza Hosseini brings over 20 years of international experience in industrial project management, commercial development, and manufacturer representation. His career has spanned multiple continents and industrial sectors, giving him a rare combination of technical depth and commercial acumen.
Prior to founding Techpetrol, Alireza held senior roles in project management and business development for industrial equipment companies, managing complex projects in the petrochemical, oil and gas, and process industries.
Alireza is fluent in English and Farsi, and has extensive experience working with international manufacturers and global project teams. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed advanced training in project management and international business.
He is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
